It saddens us to announce, Johann Heinz Eifert, passed away at the age of 90 on May 6, 2019 at the Kootenay Lake Regional Hospital in Nelson BC. He passed away peacefully in his sleep.
He was born in Uberach, Germany and immigrated with his wife to Canada in 1958. He loved the outdoors with many activities such as fishing, hunting, skiing, gardening, and hiking.
He is survived by his wife Aloisia Eifert (Burdak), daughter Diana Eifert and his two grandchildren Stacie and Amanda Coder along with 4 great- grandchildren.
His kind and generous heart will be missed forever. No service by his request.
