In loving memory, John Wass passed away peacefully in Nelson, surrounded by family, on Monday July 11, 2022, at the age of 73.
He will be greatly missed by his loving wife and family. John and his wife, Elizabeth, spent their retirement years in beautiful Nelson, where he expressed gratitude for the natural beauty the town afforded them in their later years.
On most days, John could be found enjoying the slopes, hiking, or playing tennis. His family and friends will remember him fondly for his honesty, big picture thinking, and his love of Maclean's magazine.
