It is with sadness we announce the passing of Joyce Cairns of Cordova Mines, ON. She passed away at the Mountain Lake Senior Community Living on Friday, March 31, 2016 at the age of 86 years.
She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters: Nancy (Terry) Cataford, Jodie Fisk; grandchildren: Amanda, James, Melissa, Blake, Max, Justin; great grandchildren: Mackenzie, Madison, Oliver and Evan, partner of 35 years, Joe Frechette as well as by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
Joyce was predeceased by husband James Cairns (1990). Joyce loved music, dancing and laughing. She adored her grandchildren and will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
Memorial donations in Joyce’s memory may be made directly to the Alzheimer’s Society (#104, 35 Backstreet Blvd, Penticton, BC, V2A 1H7).
