It truly breaks our hearts with great sadness to announce the peaceful passing of a beautiful lady Judith Anne (Judy) Thiessen on January 3, 2018 at the age of 76, with her beloved husband at her side.
Judy leaves behind the love of her life and best friend of 34 years, Jake. She also leaves her dog Bella that she loved so dearly.
She is predeceased by her loving parents Jesse and Helen (Janie) Seaby; 3 beautiful angels together again.
Judy will always be loved and remembered by her children - Duane, Dori-lyn (Harley), Dawn (Doug) and Jake's daughter Alanna.
Judy's grandchildren lit up her life - Keith (Loraine), Christopher (Sabrina), Darren (Laura), Chantelle (Chris) and Carlee (Spencer).
Judy was blessed with 7 great grandchildren: Tayleur, Santaya, Liam, Lexy, Layne, Kohen and Rylan.
Judy is lovingly remembered by her sister Carolyn (George), brother Ross (Esther) and brother Doug.
She leaves behind Auntie Diane, Uncle Don and Auntie Tiny, and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
Judy always put her family and friends first to make sure each one of us were loved and taken care of to the fullest. She was the light of our lives.
Judy worked as a Realtor for the last 25 years. She currently worked at Royal LaPage. She would work night and day to make sure her clients were well looked after to find that perfect house in the end. She tried to retire more than once, but clients and co-workers couldn't let that warm smile go.
Our hearts will ache with sadness
and many tears still flow,
but we will hold you close within our hearts
and there you will remain.
We miss you and love you very much!
We would like to send out many special thanks for all the care from the cancer clinic, doctors, nurses and staff at UHNBC.
The family will notify everyone at a later date for Judy's Celebration of Life.
