In loving memory ~
Linda was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was born to June and Jock Keith and grew up in Nelson with her brother Sandy and sister Sheila. After graduating from high school Linda moved to Kimberley where she had 2 children: Shawn and Angelique. Later in life she moved back to Nelson, and then finally Castlegar.
Linda is survived by her longtime partner Doug Hall, her daughter Angie Hanlon(Mike), step-son Shawn Hall and her brother Sandy Keith (Nancy), as well as her 2 grandchildren Stella and Carter Hanlon and a few nieces and nephews (Daniel, Audrey, Scott, Melissa, Kevin, Debbie & Lisa). She was predeceased by her parents, her sister Sheila Keith and her son Shawn LaPlante.
No service as requested, although hopefully a gathering to celebrate her life will be had this summer. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Society on her behalf.
Thank you to the compassionate staff at Castleview Care Centre for taking such excellent care of her over the last 5 years while she battled this terrible disease.
