It is with great sadness that the family of Louise Mae Hellekson announces her passing after a lengthy battle with cancer.
She is survived by her Husband Henry, Daughter Karen (Ed), Son David (Joanna). Grandchildren Lexus (Yousif), Blake, Brayden and Julia. Her Sisters, Gail (Bob), Marilyn (Bud), Cheryl (Ed), Joyce, Valerie (Pierre). Many nieces and nephews.
Mom knew so many people having lived all of her 81 years in Nelson. She loved to chat in person and on "the phone". Her whole life revolved around her kids and grandkids.
There will be no funeral at Mom's request. In lieu of flowers donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated.
