Phil Kolbuc died peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on September 30th, 2015.
We are Forever Together and will continue to carry Phil in our hearts forever. No words could adequately express our gratitude to all the wonderful medical people we have met during this journey.
There will be a Celebration of Life at the Tenth Street Selkirk College Campus on October 17th from 1-5 P.M.
