Rhea passed away peacefully at Mountain Lake Seniors Community surrounded by her family. Rhea grew up in Edmonton and was part of a wonderful large family. After completing her RN she was awarded a scholarship to Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington where she met the love of her life; Marc Poulin. She raised 6 children here in Nelson and was blessed with 6 grandchildren and 2 great-granddaughters. Her family, community and church were the center of her life. She has now joined her husband, Marc Poulin, her parents, and 2 brothers who predeceased her. We know she was greeted with great joy.
Our family will have a private celebration of her life. In lieu of cards and flowers you may make a donation to the BC Heart and Stroke Foundation in her memory.
