July 15, 1981 - June 18, 2018
It is with broken hearts that our family announces the sudden passing Tyler James Bach on Monday, June 18th, 2018 at the age of 36.

Ty was the beloved husband of Jill Bach and loving father to Dane and Bennett. He will also be dearly missed by his father and step-mother Rick and Deb Bach, mother Debra Thompson, father and mother-in-law Randy and Cindy Koch, his siblings Jason (Lalainia), Nicole, Mitchell and Kailee (Rob), step-siblings Rob (Chandra), Mike (Laree) and Tiffany (David), sisters-in-law Lauren (Michael) and Erica and numerous nieces and nephews. Not to be forgotten, Ty's best friend, Justin (Jolene) Grace, who was as close as a brother.

Ty was born in Cranbrook, BC on July 15, 1981 and grew up throughout Southern BC and Alberta. He graduated from L.V. Rogers High School in Nelson, BC in 1999. He met the love of his life, Jill, in 2002 and they were married in the fall of 2006. They spent the majority of their married life in Calgary, Alberta where they welcomed their two sons, Dane in 2010 and Bennett in 2012.

Ty was a devoted husband, father, son, brother and a loyal friend and neighbour. Ty enjoyed being outdoors and had many happy memories with friends hiking, camping and hunting. He spent many family vacations in Nelson, BC boating on Kootenay Lake and was often in the kitchen where he had a passion for food and cooking. In the more recent years Ty could be found in his workshop making custom wood furniture as well as wood and metal designs through his company Infinitree Design. He was a self-taught woodworker and an excellent craftsman. One of his lasting legacies will be the beautiful pieces he has made for family and friends. Ty was a dedicated husband and father and would go out of his way to help anyone at the drop of hat. He was loved by many people and his sudden passing has left a deep hole in many hearts.

Ty died peacefully at the South Health Campus ICU surrounded by family. The family would like to thank the exceptional nurses, respiratory therapists and doctors who cared for him during his short stay there. The compassion and expertise of the staff was unparalleled, and the family is incredibly grateful for everything they did for Ty.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Calgary Health Trust (South Health Campus) https://secure.calgaryhealthtrust.ca/sslpage.aspx?pid=359 inTy'sname.
