I cannot believe you fail to acknowledge that the cause of this problem is prohibition.

I cannot believe you fail to acknowledge that the cause of this problem is prohibition. When drugs are legal a regulated users know what they are getting and can take personal responsibility without needlessly endangering themselves with unknown substances. The black market and prohibition are the enemy, not drugs.
