This is to congratulate all the organizers, volunteers and participants who made the 30th Nelson Cyswog triathlon such a resounding success.
Everyone had great attitude, the weather was perfect and the lake water had warmed up quite a bit.
Heartfelt thanks are due to Larry Bickerton and his board of directors, to the team of trainers who caringly converted “newbies” into triathletes, to the prize donors, the massage team, and to everyone who made it happen so perfectly.
I was also grateful for the Cyswog hoodie I received for being the oldest participant in the race.
