LETTER: Donors help out after theft

From reader Karen Panko

Re: “Art supplies stolen,” Aug. 8

Thank you to the generous lady, Karen, who dropped off paints excellent books and brushes after my friend’s art supplies were stolen. Also to Deb and Bob who donated a complete set of acrylic paints. And not to forget Gary who did a beautiful painting of the pirate ship that sank off the lake shore. Thank you all for your donations that will help my friend get back to painting.
