Never has so much been made of so little. I am, and have been a responsible dog owner for most of my life. I have had dogs that I’ve taken on subways in Toronto, crowded festivals, and clothes shopping. These dogs represented an extension of my life, and at the time they where essentially my kids.
I know that there is a small percentage of dog owners that are not as responsible. But we need to reward those that are responsible, with open arms, to our community. Let’s hope that we can see our way, together, to allowing may of our canine companions back into our city.
