Prominent in the photo accompanying this story is the uncredited work of Winlaw multi-media artist Rabia, her steel and mosaic sculpture of a woman dancing. At the end of the one-year lease, this sculpture was gifted to the City of Nelson by Rabia. A forever bonus for Nelson and a direct result of arts funding.
