Our family would like to express deep appreciation to all the staff at Mountain Lakes Seniors Community for the excellent care given to the people in their charge, not only through “normal” times but especially during this pandemic.
During the residents’ span of isolation, the staff have gone above and beyond the call of duty in their efforts to keep families in contact. They have enabled Facetime visits, read emails, shown photos, and delivered gifts as much as is permissible within the Ministry of Health guidelines.
On behalf of our family, we thank you for your hard work and ongoing communication with residents’ families. It has made a great difference during such a difficult time.
