Nelson’s Rhythm Dragons held a two-day training intensive to get up to speed in advance of this season’s races. Members of the senior games team and the “young pups” (pictured) had their rowing videotaped Saturday, then spent Sunday fine-tuning their technique. The Dragons’ first race of the season is in Kelowna in July.
