Local golf course is holding a holiday sale to celebrate 2015 season.

Granite Pointe Golf Course is temporarily opening up its pro shop in the off-season for a Christmas sale.

The Nelson course’s store will be open Friday to Sunday as well as Dec. 18-24. Former golf pro Denny McArthur, who works with the course, will also be on hand.

The publicly owned course has been operating since 1920.
