Throwing a Frisbee isn't so easy when there's a person blocking you.
That was one of the lessons a group of new players heard as Nelson Homegrown taught Ultimate Frisbee at Lakeside Park on Wednesday.
Nelson Homegrown meets Sundays, 4 to 6 p.m., and Wednesdays, 6 to 8 p.m., at the Lakeside soccer fields.
