The Kootenay Rhythm Dragons were hard at work last weekend getting some practice in for the upcoming BC Seniors Games. Go Rowing’s Don Mulhall, who will be involved with the Seniors Games, helped with a paddling clinic for the women Saturday morning. The water was calm as they hit the lake and the paddlers were happy to have the experience of working with him.
