Caiden Kreitz stopped 42 shots as the Nelson Leafs beat the Sicamous Eagles 4-1 on Saturday.
Jack Karran, Logan Wullum, Scott Lancaster and Kaleb Comishin each scored for Nelson (2-0-0) in Sicamous.
Justin Hodgson has the lone goal for the Eagles (0-1-1), while goaltender Brett Atkins allowed all four goals on 33 shots.
Nelson returns home Friday against the Grand Forks Border Bruins.
