L.V. Rogers honoured its athletes of the year on June 16 at a ceremony and barbecue.
Matteo Chirico (soccer) and Cayenne Caney (soccer) were named the school’s most outstanding athletes in a single sport, while Jake Marshall (basketball-soccer) and Gabby Bobby (volleyball-soccer) took the honours for top all-around athletes in multiple sports.
Calvin Wheeler and Grace Goodwin meanwhile were named top scholar athletes.
The Bomber Award, which goes to an outstanding, dedicated athlete who values teamwork and hard work, who is very coachable and who is a leader on and off the field of play, was awarded to the following athletes:

Angelia Thomson: Swimming
Milo Klein: Soccer
Maya Abraham: Cross Country
Erica Potkins: Basketball
Quinn Kilpatrick: Basketball
Mitchell Erickson: Basketball and Track and Field
Halle Martin: Soccer
Joel Schulhauser: Rugby
