The Nelson Curling Centre hosted its Annual Ladies Bonspiel earlier this month. The two-day event featured eight teams from Nelson and three from Castlegar. The ladies recreational league is always taking new participants and those interested can join midway through the season. The Star will feature more on this event in an upcoming edition.
