Minor baseball playoffs in Nelson this weekend

Eleven teams from around the Kootenay will participate in three-day event.

Koa Wintraub (pitcher)  and Noah Ens (first base) of the Nelson Tigers compete at last weekend’s SunFest Tournament in Castlegar.

Starting today and running until June 15 in Nelson, are the  the Minor Division Baseball Playoffs.

Games take place in Lion’s Park and QE Park. There will be 11 teams from around the Kootenays coming to Nelson for these playoffs.
