The Nelson Bantam Leafs captured the Castlegar Bantam House tournament last weekend. Nine teams competed from Castlegar, Trail, Nelson, Boundary, Creston, South Okanagan, and Kelowna.

Nelson went undefeated with wins over Creston (6-4), Boundary (5-1), and South Okanagan (7-2). They met Creston again in the gold medal game coming out on top with a 6-3 victory.
