Nelson Leafs fall in Kimberley 4-1

The Dynamiters took a 2-0 lead en route to the win

Tyson Soobotin had Nelson’s lone goal as the Leafs dropped a 4-1 result to the Dynamiters in Kimberley on Friday.

Tenzin Mint made 30 saves for the Leafs (18-7-1).

Derin Bamber scored twice for the Dynamiters (22-4-0), with Keegan McDowell and Chase Gedny adding singles. Adam Anderson meanwhile made 19 saves.

Nelson next faces the Columbia Valley Rockies at home Saturday.
