Opening round of KIJHL post season gets underway Friday in Castlegar

The Leafs finished third in the Neil Murdoch Division after the regular season wrapped up this weekend. The Rebels finished 13 points ahead in second place and will hold the home ice advantage in the seven game division semi final.

The puck will drop on the series on Friday night at the Castlegar Community Complex. Game two will be the next night in the Rebels home barn.

The series will shift to Nelson on Monday and Tuesday for Games Three and Four. If necessary Game Five will be March 1 in Castlegar, Game Six March 2 in Nelson and Game Seven March 3 in Castlegar.
