The Nelson Skating Club’s Aili Brackett won two medals at the first Kootenay Region Virtual Competition on Feb. 20.

Oceane Cheon and Milos Jarvis attained their silver rating in STAR 2, while Vienna Ferguson, Paisley Jarvis, Paige Purcell and Paige Vince earned the bronze rating. Raisa Nazaroff also won a silver rating in STAR 3.

Tiia Brackett finished fifth followed by Sage Wanhella in seventh in STAR 4 13-and-over, while Makayla Pickering was fifth in STAR 5 13-and-over. Ceili Koosnetsoff meanwhile nabbed sixth in STAR 7 Artistic.
