Claire Lovan and Jeevan Sihota remain in control atop the leaderboards at the B.C. Juvenile Championships.

Lovan of Surrey stumbled with a second-round 77 on Thursday but retains a four-stroke lead heading into the final round of girls play at Granite Pointe.

Victoria’s Sihota meanwhile increased his lead to seven strokes with a 70 in boys play. Sihota came roaring out the gate in the first round with a 65 and is in position for an easy win Friday.

Castlegar’s Nic Jenner remains in a tie for third after shooting 74. Castlegar natives William Watt (81), A.J. Roberts (87), Rossland’s Xander Bankes (88) and Nelson’s Brendon Makeiv (114) are all well out of contention.
