Falling snow was the only thing missing from the Nelson Skating Club’s annual Christmas party on Thursday.

There was a festive atmosphere at the Nelson and District Community Complex’s rink as local skaters celebrated the holidays with a quick performance and a leisurely skate to holiday tunes.
