Savoy Lanes is nothing more than a collective memory in Nelson, following the bowling alley’s dismantling on Friday morning. Pastor Jim Reimer of Kootenay Christian Fellowhship, which owns the building, called it “the end of an era.” The space will become the home of SHARE Nelson.
