The Nelson Mixed Slo-Pitch league is wrapping up its 2013 campaign this weekend with playoffs taking place at Lakeside Park.



In its 20th year, the Nelson Mixed Slo-Pitch league is wrapping up its 2013 campaign this weekend with playoffs. The 16 teams in the league are competing for glory starting at the Lakeside ball diamonds. Saturday afternoon action saw Sage play against Competition and Can-Filters take on Molson Finley’s. The finals in the three flights will be determined on Sunday afternoon. Some of the players and teams have been in the league for its entire existance.
