According to Nelson city staff, that’s how many pot dispensaries Nelson should be granting business licenses to, and tonight the council will vote on whether they agree.
Four of the dispensaries on the list are already established: the Green Room Society, The Kootenays Medicine Tree, the Nelson Potorium and Leaf Cross Health. Strikingly absent are the other two, the Nelson Cannabis Compassion Club and Cannaclinic.
But the biggest surprise is a brand new dispensary slated for inclusion in the Nelson Commons — Medicinal Mary Jane.
