I was appalled to see your placement of an “obituary” for someone’s dog placed on the page with the other obituaries in your paper of January 19.
I understand that people’s pets are important to them and they might like to put a notice in the paper.
However, if you wish to put this type of ad in your paper, please show a modicum of respect to people who have had a family member die and put the animal notices elsewhere.
